Al\u00e9m disso, a Justi\u00e7a Federal determinou o bloqueio de contas de 40 investigados, no valor de at\u00e9 R$ 614 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Foram aprendidos, at\u00e9 o momento, aparelhos de telefonia m\u00f3vel e computadores dos investigados, documentos relacionados ao com\u00e9rcio ilegal de ouro, al\u00e9m de ouro em diversos endere\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p>Os crimes apurados s\u00e3o de lavagem de ativos, recepta\u00e7\u00e3o qualificada, falsidade Ideol\u00f3gica, redu\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento de tributos federais, dificultar a a\u00e7\u00e3o fiscalizadora ambiental do poder p\u00fablico, por meio da omiss\u00e3o no pagamento de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira pela explora\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos minerais \u2013 CFEM, promo\u00e7\u00e3o de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e usurpa\u00e7\u00e3o de bem mineral da Uni\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Pol\u00edcia Federal e a Receita Federal deflagraram nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, 28\/6, a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lavagem de Ouro, para coibir a lavagem de dinheiro por parte de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o com atua\u00e7\u00e3o na extra\u00e7\u00e3o e com\u00e9rcio ilegais de ouro.
